Quarterly activity is on going:- E&O scrubbing, CM liability claim scrubbing and CM inventory deposit scrubbing

Every 2nd month of the quarter, I change my identity from Material Analyst to data scrubber. Why??

Because I have minimum 6 files to scrub and must complete latest by 26th Mar 2009 for buy off package preparation by management. Actually this is all manual workaround especially BOM's information is not up to date, item attributes not are not reflect as per daily operation, marketing's UU is always "??" for me, etc...

Well, this quarter even worst. The reasons are:-
1. I obtained approval from my company's data quality team on the yield lost information and planning % to uploaded into Item Master database. So more items appear as excess inventory and proposed to reserve... During economy downturn, no $$ to spend, now need to be more careful on the data scrubbing... Since I was too busy last week, even I already received the raw files on Monday, I am yet to start scrubbing until today...Or else, I really can't sleep tonight.
2. I have assignment to complete by end of this week (in fact already completed), but now I must complete individual assignment by this week latest by Friday... .
3. Economy down turn, inventory reduction is driving like hell. Almost everyday is talking about MOQ reduction, lead time reduction, exception to push out and cancel, etc... Some more need to provide full picture to management on the MOQ reduction overall profile, lead time reduction overall profile, etc... This one even worst due to myself need to go into details on the preparation, especially the numbers is not look good, need to deeply ask why,why,why,why,why...
4. My green belt project targeted to submit end of this month...Need to review and top up the missing information before next review of this week or else not able to complete it by next week's review...
5. Buyer name clean up... delay more than 3 wks already.. still not able to have time to do it... Sooner or later, buyers will come to me on the buyer name change...
6. Forecast tracking script must complete before I organize a meeting with OF and marketing on the process improvement...Estimate to finish by end of this month also (I can only try my best).. What to do?? I accidentally deleted my scripts previously, now I have to redo the script...


Wow!! More and more things to do... but I have only 24 hours x 7 days...

Not sure whether I got enough time to sleep for the next few weeks... and not sure what else will come in tomorrow coz tomorrow is a brand new week!!!
